Muay Thai Fever Chiang Mai: Update on the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)

Muay Thai Fever Gym, DTV Market leaders

At Muay Thai Fever, we are proud to be one of the market leaders in the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) program for soft power activities, specifically Muay Thai. Based in Chiang Mai, we are a genuine, fully licensed gym that has helped over 300 students with their DTV applications. Our reputation is built on prompt service, professionalism, quick communication, and, above all, honesty and integrity. Despite the large volume of visa-related support we provide, our number one commitment remains to our Muay Thai students — from complete beginners to professional fighters — ensuring everyone receives top-quality training and support.

From the start, we have always promised a full refund of your course fees if your DTV visa was ever rejected due to any fault in our Muay Thai documentation pack. Happily, this has only happened once — at the Cambodian embassy, where they surprisingly asked for a personal letter from the Sports Minister (they may as well have asked for a letter from the King!). Obviously, this was impossible, and we immediately refunded our customer and decided to no longer support DTV applications through Cambodia. While our documents continue to be widely respected by embassies worldwide, we have noticed a new trend: an increase in rejections. These are often due to small typos on application forms, unclear or overly strict financial statement requirements, or frankly unreasonable embassy demands that applicants simply cannot meet. Naturally, this new environment is creating more caution and anxiety for potential applicants, and we’ve been thinking about what we can do to help.

At Muay Thai Fever, we always emphasize that we are a gym first, not a visa agency. Our involvement in your DTV process stops at providing you with a complete and professional Muay Thai documentation pack. We cannot be held responsible for mistakes on your application forms, issues with your financial documents, or anything outside the Muay Thai paperwork. That said, we have decided to take an unprecedented step: from now on, if your visa is rejected for any reason, we will refund the 12,500 Baht you paid for the training portion of your course. (Our breakdown is simple: 12,500 Baht for Muay Thai training, plus a 2,500 Baht admin fee for the document pack, totaling 15,000 Baht.) As long as you can show proof that your visa was declined, your training fee will be refunded — no questions asked.

We believe this is a very generous offer and one that shows just how much we care about our students. Although you would still lose your embassy visa application fee, knowing you will get your Muay Thai training fees refunded should give you significant peace of mind. At Muay Thai Fever, our mission is to make your journey to Thailand as smooth and worry-free as possible — whether you’re coming here for Muay Thai, a new adventure, or a fresh start under the DTV program. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
